Martinez has a 50% record in penalties in the world cup, Messi missing penalties is a bit of an anomaly, he scored the most important penalties you can take in the last world cup final. England do not want a shootout against Argentina. I don't see England winning this one, people dismissing the Argentinians... they've won 3 tournaments in a row, they may not be at the same heights as 22 but they still know how to win.
