Oh, when I was a kid, I went years and years without ever seeing the film because I thought it was just some goofy movie about a shark. One Friday night, it came on, and I finally decided to watch it for the first time. I was blown away!! What an amazing film! All that time, I had no clue it was a cinematic masterpiece.

I am a shark researcher because of this movie. The perfect movie!

Great documentary! Great movie, watch it every year! Crissy’s scene is what does it for me every time.
@
There is only one word for this movie, and that is PERFECT.

What's crazy is it wouldn't be the movie we all love had it not been for tight deadlines and the crazy production schedule. One of a very few flawless films.

I saw Jaws in a movie theatre with my brother in 1975 when i was 10 . We were camping outside of Parry Sound , Ontario and both of us didnt want to swim in the lake after seeing the movie lol

No other shark movies comes close when comparing with JAWS.

One of the best thriller movies of all the time. The film’s music is also very impressive.

Thank you National Geographic for this Jawsome documentary!!

This movie started the summer block buster. The boat scene with the shooting star. One of my favorite scenes of that whole movie. Wonderful, wonderful movie. 😎
@
Was too young to see it in the theatre the first time around. Got it in my 20s in a second-round theatre. Best $4 bucks ever spent. Thank you Mr. Spielberg.
@
Saw it at 8..didn't go in the ocean for 2 years.😂
60 now and watch it all the time to remember those days.

I have seen it back when it came out like 3 times, then on VCR and TV probably 100x then on BluRay probably another 20 times. But I could not resist seeing the 50th anniversary version on an IMAX screen. The theater was packed and it was just as fun as the day I first saw it. My #1 favorite movie!

One of the all-time best ever. I was 8 years old and I don't want to admit this but I had to tell my grandmother to put the night light on in the hallway cuz I had nightmares lol
@
50 years later its still the king of shark movies
One of the best films ever made. ❤ I like that it spawned shark preservation movements too, not just shark fear.
@
One of the greatest monologues in the history of cinema.

Movies from those days had a unique feeling and a special magic that is hard to find today.
Wonderful to see the story behind this legendary movie.

I'm 25 and I love Jaws because it's a great film with great characters. James Cameron thinks its nostalgia. Both of my college and high school swim teams watched it all of the time.
