Never hear EU complaining of China’s overcapacity of manufacturing air cons.
@
So Eu just proved Trump is right to throw tariff on them because of unfair trade balance😂
@
did China complain when German carmakers flooded China with german made car in the 80s,90s and 00s ???
@
When The EU was selling cars and dominating the Chinese market, everything was fine. Now they can't compete, it's trade imbalance.
If China had said this 10 20 years, they would talk about free market.
You can't win with these guys.
@
why dont you compete??
@
Europe sells goods in China - Very Good.
China sells good in EU - Very Bad
@
It is useless effort for EU to contain China, competition depends on technology and efficiency.
@
Volkswagen once dominated the Chinese automotive market with a historic market share of over 50%. So, only complain when out competed? No wonder no one takes Europe seriously these days. Not China, not America.
@
Why do I need to pay extortion car prices so German workers can enjoy job security and huge benefits that do not exist in my country, while they point the finger at me for their “success”? Their Industry needs a shock to modernize, if it survives.

The consumer wants what the consumer wants. Good luck 🤣

"Climate change is an existential crisis and we should subsidize EVs" - 2024

"Inexpensive EVs are an existential threat to our economy and must be tariffed" - 2026 🤡

When Germany and Japan exported cars to the rest of the world for decades, Europe never complained about German overcapacity. Why?

I recommend the following tools:

1. Hypocrisy
2. Thick skin
3. Double think

Right after the heat wave. Don't want to mess with that AC overcapacity just now.

After more than a century of overcapacity, it is time for the German auto industry to return to normal.
