Main ideas: The video is talking about stress-free family meals and the study about it.
Key drivers: In each meals, people sometimes feel happy but sometimes not, it depends on many things including their mood, how they work in their day, the weather or the food, too.
My insight: In my opinion, to have a stress-free family meals, the food should be delicious and also with many flavours to make it taste good and is not boring. In the other hand, the people who cook the meals should avoid to make food with strange taste or food that someone in their family doesn't like.

I thought there wasn’t a quiz today

When I first read the title, I assumed today's podcast would be about managing stress during meals, but it turned out to be different 😅

Growing up, I remember despising most vegetables, even common ones, including carrots or tomatoes.
However, after integrating them into my daily diet, I realized that their taste wasn't unusual and unexpected. I still think it was a specific flavour I really liked which gave them their actual taste.

In the end, combining different items in our meals is genuinely a great thing, as it could open your palate for new and unique flavours, which is undeniably the winning formula
