It's always very satisfying to find a good knurling.

Some ideas for touching the gel-scope with:
- post elastic band, stretched & unstretched
- hard wood vs soft wood
- rouch skin/callus
- human tongue?
- maybe boring, but mirror? (Measure deapest trough)
- text on paper written by pen vs by pencil vs printer

Putting the microscope in contact with owl poop and then teeth and a toothbrush is wild.

Owl *pellet. Not poop. Different things, but cool all the same.

"this is sounds waves carved into a disc... Not sure what that's about." Love the dry humor.

I'm pretty sure that's a Owl pellet, it's basically a hairball for everything that it doesn't want to eat.

The PS5 controller's grippy surface texture is visible with the naked eye to be fair.

the owl "poop" isn't poop its actually vomited up and called an owl pellet. I had a class in middle school where we dissected owl pellets and tried to rebuild the skeleton of whatever had been eaten.

As a 3d Artist i think this is incredibly interesting that it apparently creates a normal-map. I wish it had the ability to actually highlight the normal vectors the way it sees them.

Peak YouTube here. Just a nerd, nerding out to other nerds showing you all the cool things you'd also probably do with that same amazing toy.
@
I'm so nervous each time you show a sharp object that it would puncture the gel pad xD

The thumbnail should have been the structure of your thumbnail.

Anyone else hoping Steve did his kids teeth before the owl poop

I should have got a shot of the poppy seed stuck in my teeth. Damn, I always have the best ideas after the video is uploaded.
