He said IF the other nations wont help and the US becomes the SOLE garentor of safety for traveling vessels, then we will likely collect a 20% fee, because the US should not be expected to foot the bill for the defense for all international traffic... it sjould be international responsibility, but if the US deals with it alone, then we will be compensated. This is not hard to figure out, im not sure why the so called 'educated' of society, cant figure it out...
