Wow, what an incredible breakdown of Carl Jung's shadow work. Toxic positivity is so real in the self-help space, and I'm so glad Improvement Pill is talking about the dark side. Truly a masterpiece! 🌟🔥

It feels like I have been filtering my YouTube subscriptions to find this vid.
I thought many things were the problem, but I never imagined it would be this.
The most obvious thing: make peace with your darkness.

okay great

Watch thevwork of Mark Passio (former occultist) aboit Shadow Work. Mindblowing

A very deep video… because it reminds us that real growth doesn’t come only from improving what’s visible, but also from understanding what we try to hide within ourselves.

This channel helped me so much when I was a teenager, I'm so sad to see what has become of it. At the moment Improvement Pill is a depressing husk of what it used to be, if anyone doesn't know, This channel was bought out by billionaires who are trying to use the trust that people already have in their favourite youtube channels to push concervitive political views to ensure their profits in future elections.

This channel died so bad man 😢😢😢

Great video overall. With a bit more focus on the thumbnail, this could easily get more clicks. The idea behind the video is very visual. I was already imagining a thumbnail for it.

It doesn't mean that we should be jealous and all that... there's what is called self control and that is the real growth especially in 2026🙂... let's be guided please

Before I understood how power and wealth actually work, I was stuck chasing motivation, quick wins, and external validation. Reading Power Behind Locked Door by Jacob Rockefeller shifted my focus toward structure, discipline, and long-term positioning. I realized it’s not about hustling harder or waiting for a breakthrough moment, it’s about building systems that work quietly in the background. Once I adopted that mindset, I felt calmer, more deliberate, and far less controlled by distractions, fear, or noise online.

The dark side is integration. Or thats what they say. Integrate. Escape the loop. Ascend

My shadow work is uncomfortable. Let's just say that I have demons inside me. I can get overwhelmed, anxious, clumsy, and forgetful nowadays. While you have fell off, some of your videos are relatable to my problems. Even other channels, Gmail, and, Quota have been helpful to me. The best way to solve this problem is to focus on the here and now.

i talk about this too: shadow work is the missing link in most self-improvement systems. Surface-level habits are great, but understanding your 'dark side' is how you actually sustain growth. I break down these psychological frameworks on my channel to help people build real emotional resilience. Awesome visual summary!

Everyone wants money but no one wants to talk about the real enemy. No discipline. No self-control. Endless scrolling, cheap dopamine, wasted days. I lived there. Comfortably stuck. Power Behind Locked Door by Jacob Rockefeller was the first thing that made me realize I wasn’t blocked by life, I was hiding from it.

If anyone has played the game Celeste, that’s very relevant to the whole shadow work thing. The main character climbs a mountain while fighting a shadow version of herself, and (SPOILERS BELOW):

The main character (named Madeline, NOT Celeste) gets to the top by coming to terms with her shadow self.
