0:20 the judge wanted to avoid criminalising the rapists unnecessarily because they were children? I believe that convicted rapists should be criminalised. But I'm no judge.
The first judge should be discharged from his duties. Rape is a very serious crime whose consequences for the victims last a lifetime. These boys are not children and have not acted as such. They have acted as cruel, dangerous adults as as such their liberty must be deprived for quite a long time.
