When young people see what their grandparents were able to accomplish econonomically, socially under the Franco regime, and compare to the terrible economic conditions they have to face in comparison, of course Franco is seen in a good light.
I'm Australian, half Spanish. My mum is from Alicante. Her father was taken as a prisoner of war and, for an unknown reason, taken to a field by two officers and let go. My grandmother had a baby (eldest child) during the Civil War and lost the baby because she couldn't feed him or breastfeed him. I grew up in Australia and never met my grandparents, as they passed away when my mother was a teen. But I know the pain in the family and its effects. Her family was split because of the sides some people took. 😢 I feel for those loved ones.
I really missed discussion of the roots of youth discontent with democracy. The video spent a lot of time on the victims, which matters, but equal time should have been given to the issues that are driving young people to the extreme right.

Either it's extreme right, or left, young people can be easily tricked into old bs, you can see them wearing Che T-shirts and they are communists without knowing anything about how communism "worked" and how many people died because of it. Just like neo[rewarmed] soup of nazism. We cannot be that stupid to repeat the mistakes of the previous century.

They forget one thing “ They will not have the freedom to make personal decisions/choices” when they finally get the dictatorship cuz every decision is made to please and glorify whoever the strong man in power is.

You need to understand the past to see the future. Spain needs to remember and learn what happened, bring it all in the open.
