If you enjoyed this video, I also wrote a comprehensive book covering the generational wealth strategies of old money families like them. Itโ€™s just $4.75. ๐Ÿ˜Š I truly appreciate any support for the channel โ€” no pressure to buy at all! ๐Ÿ™Œ It helps me scale and keep dropping deeper videos. ๐Ÿ‘‰ httfcm.finaius.com/old-money

I had the opportunity to visit UAE from 2006 each year. The hole UAE is developing at impressive speed by each year! I love this country!

Watching Dubaiโ€™s transformation from a small fishing village to a global hub is a masterclass in visionary leadership. I was particularly struck by Sheikh Rashidโ€™s decision to dredge the creek despite limited resources, an act that not only revived trade but laid the foundation for Dubaiโ€™s long-term growth. Itโ€™s a reminder that strategic risk-taking, paired with disciplined execution, can redefine the trajectory of an entire city.

We would love to see a video about how Morocco is developing with the upcoming World Cup and how that will shape the country forever.

Honestly, the growth of Dubai has been one of the most incredible journeys to witness. Itโ€™s wild to think how fast this city has transformed โ€” not just in buildings, but in ambition, culture, and opportunity.

I remember hearing stories from my mom talking to me about meeting one of the rulers of the UAE, Sheikh Rashid Sayeed Bin Sayeed Al Maktoum and how she used to be the dentist of the founding rulerโ€™s father. Moments like that make you realize how deep the legacy runs here โ€” how everything we see today comes from generations of vision, leadership, and the people who helped shape the nation quietly behind the scenes.

Dubai isnโ€™t just a city that grew โ€” itโ€™s a city that decided to become something extraordinary. And every time I see where itโ€™s going, it still blows my mind.

@
Arabian gulf???? there is no such a thing. its called Persian gulf! for such a Chanel with this many subscribers I would expect more.
@
Arabian gulf? Which history book did you get that name from?
@
This was very enlightening. I live in Abu Dhabi and its interesting to learn all of this history in one video
@
The way you interweave your paid advertising into the narrative is almost diabolical. It gets me every time

I painted Shiekh Rashid for the Crown Prince of Dubai earlier this year, and this video taught me so much about the story behind the man I painted. Thank you!

I have lived in Dubai where I work as a business school professor. I have taught some of the Al Maktoum and Al Falasi kids at an American-based university. It's hard to overstate the level of ambition and wealth that persists here. Unknown to many, however, is that Dubai remains the junior partner to Abu Dhabi which is, essentially, a colossal power, albeit somewhat silent, globally!

Brother all good but one big correction. There was never anything existed called โ€žArabian Gulfโ€œ. That waterway was and still is since thousands of years called โ€žPersian Gulfโ€œ
