Haven't you folks noticed that Donald Trump often tells lies? Even really stupid lies. Has anyone seen that 350ft gash in the reflecting pool yet? Does anyone have a photo of it?
@
Trump has told the media repeatedly that Iran's military has been "totally destroyed". Yet Iran continues to dominate and attack. Trump has no idea what he is talking about. I'm staggered that anyone even listens to this idiot.

The punishment is on Trump. The US is exhausting faster than Iran. The US has been wasting its expensive bombs on Iran's non-strategic assets while Iran is destroying the US F-35s, CENTCOM, and the 5th Fleet HQ. The US is losing the war of attrition by a big margin. The US is unwelcome and rejected by all GCC nations. The US has no business staying in the Gulf and is fighting a war that it can't possibly win. Trump has no choice but to cut losses and exit the th Middle East entirely. Only China can stop the war and bring peace to the region by uniting all GCC nations. China brokered a peace treaty between Saudi Arabia and Iran 3 years ago. China can broker similar treaties with all GCC nations after the war.

Has anyone figured out what trump is actually good at? Negotiating isn’t one. Improving the economy isnt one. Telling the truth isn’t one. What can he adequately do?

Iran moved all its ships out as soon as the MOU was signed. They cashed up. The US taxpayers will face pain as they need to borrow more money to fund illegal wars

How do you negotiate with the IRGC they won’t follow any agreement they will kill their own people

As much as I admire Trump this fighting is getting worse..The President needs to start looking after his own people & their needs.. cmon start making America great!

We warned that Trump giving these genocidal maniacs the benefit of the doubt is going to end up with these terrorists going back to terrorizing the region and recovering their nuclear sites — and boy were we right.

the problem is our Government in Iran does absolutely no care for the people. so if US attacks Water or Electricity, they would see it as a gift to their own agenda. we can't go protest the Islamic state, they would easily shoot you, freeze your bank account, you will lose your job cause everything needs a permit even having a small shop, they would easily seize their homes too or charge them huge amount of money that would take years to recover from. we can't go outside they use Sim card to track any person who went to main square for protesting. they have Zero tolerance for any protesters. we can't change it, US can't do it because of election, we are just sitting on 50c temperature dying with no water.

This Sky Channel interview is quite unbias, no leaning on which side. That's good and healthy, not leading to encourage extreme views.

PROPER punishment would start with the complete flattening of Kharg Island, from which Iran derives about 90% of its revenue.
@
Black out for Iran...with summer heat on the rise and it will make it harder to get water and needs...they will kneel...America just needs a backbone and just do it.
@
The longer this goes on the rest of the world is going to suffer heavily financially, that will take perhaps a decade to recover from. A lot of suffering of many people’s lives.

Correct the title. US continues its attack on Iran for refusing to surrender.

As an Iranian immigrant to Australia, I respectfully hold a fundamentally different view from Brigadier Langford, the former Director General of the Army. In my assessment, there is no realistic basis for a durable settlement with the Islamic Republic. I believe many Western observers have yet to fathom the regime's ideological intransigence and its uncompromising revolutionary religious doctrine. Its ambitions transcend conventional geopolitics and are rooted in an absolutist worldview that has consistently demonstrated recalcitrance, mendacity, and a proclivity for repression rather than reform. To assume that such a system can be transformed through negotiation is, in my view, a facile interpretation of an extraordinarily intricate conundrum. Having lived under its rule, I remain flummoxed that enduring confidence can still be placed in commitments made by a leadership that I regard as enigmatic and fundamentally resistant to meaningful change. Any agreement, I believe, would prove ephemeral rather than transformative.

Negotiation is an indispensable instrument of diplomacy in many international disputes; however, I remain unconvinced that it can deliver a durable outcome in th
