I recently started seeing less of a difference between you guys and United will need to give me more for my dollar if you want me to keep flying Delta.
I'm a long Delta fan, flying over 2.5 million miles. I have noticed a significant decline in reliability over the past few years. Please focus on that rather than continuing to increase air fare.
