Fill a spray bottle with ice cold water. Stay indoors and keep spraying all over your body. Keep the spray bottle in the fridge. Repeat every ten minutes. If you go out, bring it with you and roll a towel tightly around it to keep cool. You can also soak a small wet towel with iced water and wipe all over your body. Keep it in a plastic bag in the fridge. If you don't have a fan, move a door back and forth repeatedly to create a fan movement. Its good exercise too. The cold water on your skin with the wind will take away lots of body heat. Repeat every fifteen minutes. It will feel almost like a winter chill, much colder than air-conditioning

If it was as cold as it is hot then it would be way worse. Seems like some people want it to be mild all the time. This is so dumb.
