In national parks and areas of natural beauty etc it should be made an offence to smoke and carry glass bottles as both of these products can cause fires when recklessly discarded. BBQs and similar should also be banned. If you are caught smoking, possessing glass material or BBQs, you should be fined immediately and banned from the area for at least 1 year!!
Meanwhile UK Fire and Rescue are looking at closing stations and looking at how to respond with reduced staffing. If only someone had seen this change in the climate coming 🙄

It always seems to be that the heath fire season coincides with the schools being on summer holidays.
Fire hazard weather announced = 100% chance that two or three random individuals will for one reason or another decide to go and try to start fires intentionally
Something l noticed about the recent wildfires is that several trees that were shown still had fruit/seed hanging from the charred remains of the branches. It was interesting to do a little research on why this is.
People act like idiots. Dry grass and barbecues.
