The tiger would have been very useful if it were able to be used exclusively for breakthrough of fortified positions and for defensive tank warfare or spearhead busting. Employing it as a standard tank and in regiments with exclusively other tigers was a bad idea
Comparing numbers of highly specialized heavy tank with mass produced light-middle tank is useless, choose at least the same category or sum all tanks....
The Tiger was such a masterclass in marketing that it managed to convince the Allies they were fighting a battalion when it was actually just three tanks, two of which were broken down and leaking oil in the woods.
