Boomers and Gen X gatekept career paths so hard with a laundry list of requirements that they themselves wouldn't qualify for. Our youth eventually gives up.

there is no labor shortage in ALL industries.

there primarily is a surplus of antitrust in various industries which is restricting job growth and services. in conjunction with that the people representing these industries submit false claims to govt about labor shortages. one example of many is the ata american truckers association which continually lies to politicians. thats one of many.

Not the first time in history when labor decline happened.
