This is why I stopped following the "left" in the US. They are all as deranged as MAGA. It's just another cult of personality. If the "left" in the US really cared about principles or the policies, they would have moved away from Platner a long time ago, and yet they continuously provided excuses for Platner, when many of us tried to warn them, frequently resulting in attacking any on the left that were critical of Platner past.
Why is this a blow to democrats? It only shows that they have a clear moral line. In my eyes it makes them more believable. There is an accused rapist (over 20 women) sitting in the White House, that's the story.
This woman is incorrect. The DNC convention occurred AFTER the Biden campaign suspended. Delegates in the party adopted her. This is the exact same process, just a different iteration.
