Lot of self promotion and dreaming of a future whereas China has never leapfrogged any western technologies, only stolen or copied (disadvantage of socialist system) and scaled (big advantage of a socialist system) which is a shame when there are so many engineers in the country. I think part of it is the government's unwillingness to allow any level of instability plus the endemic corruption in the private and public sector that lead to de facto 996 and resulting over TEN factory fires just this month alone. Could it be sabotage? Maybe! I can't say. I wouldn't know. But it's not a good situation anyway.
