This year. Didnt buy anything to tune up tractors. Had 2 different businesses do annual service. So didnt spend at TSC or Lowes that I usually do. I am only buying what I need.

I do love a tractor supply store trip...

Haven't been since this bankruptcy...

Ya know, that seems pretty spot on. Canada should pick a fight with California and it's status as "if a country" would be about the 4th economy in the world while having the similar population size as the entire country of Canada.

Who lends cheap to a Debt Spiral?

Tractor Supply just open up in my neighborhood, they seem to have a good variety of goods. The only problem we have no farms in this neighborhood it’s basically a residential home on small plots. There’s prices are very high and I can’t see them doing well. There’s a lot pick up trucks in the parking lot and people checking it out. No one is buying, there hardware can’t complete with Home Depot or Lowe’s

Isn't it keeping up with the Jones's? Not the Millers.

So what, you gonna call Ghostbusters?!

Mark can we trust the government data is NOT propaganda since they always revise the data after the news moves the market?

Then....what IS it going to do?

If the current path continues, how long until Warsh stops being an inflation hawk and bails out the market? Hyperscalers vs households -- we know who will be judged as too big to fail by this Fed?

The Fiat money printed pays for BuyBacks with stocks that's why they break all-time highs LOL. And by the way tractor supply stock up 3.5% today

Homestead Farmer here -- Used to shop at Tractor Supply regularly. Thanks to the cost of everything UP, I now shop the independent Feed Supply. They are less convenient as they are generally open M-F, so now I only shop Tractor Supply if it I need something after normal hours or on a Sunday. Also, I noticed less availabe help at the Supply -- are they cutting staff?
@
Wait, are you telling me that there are people who have never been to Tractor Supply?
I find that shocking.

Alphabet put $99,000,000,000 BILLION of "other income" on their books from Anthropic and SpaceX neither of which earn a dime. Big tech is big fraud!

My wife works for Lowes and her store is top seller in the region. People aren't buying and employees are being pushed to be salesmen. She's been there enough years to know this is the worst it's been since the pandemic.

We have a Tractor Supply in town but spend more of our money at Bomgaars because they have better sale prices on the animal feed we buy.

The "economy is fine", ie the stock market. The rest you are one your own.

I always appreciate your commentary
