Starship Flight 13 continues to move toward launch, but several major questions remain after SpaceX completed only a single-engine static fire test of Ship 40 before unexpectedly returning the vehicle

I'm pretty confident they'll be able to pull of Flight 13 in July. I'd go as far as to say that if it goes mostly well, we'll see two flights this summer.
