Its probably time for the fishermen to embrace aquaculture. It's evident that fishing is no longer sustainable. At this rate extinction of dolphins and sharks is inevitable
It does sound a bit contradictory to tell these people, normal citizens not to hunt them but large corporations can get away killing thousands every year if not month on the basis of "bycatch, it happens". It feels a bit like "rules for thee but not for the multi billion dollar food corporations". In my opinion no animal should be hunted, but can't help but notice the discrepancy here.
well eventually it will all get over fished and fished out. it will be a barren landscape. sharks and manta rays as well. the whole ecosystem will collapse.
