I agree, Cal. I suspect agri-tech startups focusing on modular processing units will scale fastest since they can be deployed directly on smaller farms.

I hope the smaller farms get support to scale this too, Cal. It would be a shame if only the biggest operations could afford the tech to benefit from it.
