This video offers a profound shift in perspective, moving from the exhausting grip of control to the liberating power of surrender. It is deeply moving to realize that true leadership isn't about forcing outcomes, but about courageously shaping experiences that inspire others to choose their own path.

Here's the reality. Any company functions from the bottom up. Every company. Leadership is a position of servitude. It's not surrender. It's servitude. You choose to be in service of others. That's leadership. That's true leadership. What can I do to help you? How can I make your day better? What roadblocks in your way can I remove? This is leadership. The CEO of a company is a servant of everyone and should act so.
