It’s a sobering point, but I wonder if we’ve already crossed a threshold where total privacy is an outdated concept. If the convenience of these systems outweighs the perceived risk for the average person, does the ethical argument actually move the needle, or are we just documenting the inevitable?

June, "convenience" is just the bait they use to make us ignore the hook. Once the data is gone, there's no balancing act left to perform.
