This must be very difficult to handle. I don’t understand how hospitals manage to give people the wrong babies because they put an id bracelet on them. I think babies should stay in the mother’s room and not be taken away to a nursery. I’m sorry for your situation.
I have a Neice that is of very White European Ancestry and her Husband is obviously White but they brought home from Hospital and raised an obvious Pacific Islander child! The child was very loved and pampered but the real child that they should of received from Hospital is the one that deserved that and may of had a very bad childhood because of the switch!
I’m not sure what these two are hoping to gain by suing the hospital except some money, I’m thinking they are not going to find any of the answers they are seeking since the hospital probably was not aware of the mistake that was made, so there would be no records of it and most of the staff that were there, probably no longer work there
Accidents happen. You two must have looked alike when you were newborn but you both turned out alright. Some mixups lead to strangers kids getting raised by degenerates and locked in their rooms in time out all day and only get a bologna sandwich for dinner and an ice cream sandwich if I stayed quiet long enough. Just saying
There's no way that there can't be some possible legal recourse for being given to the WRONG PARENTS! 🚩
It sounds like both men need to work together with the right kind of lawyers and sue the hospital.
