Andrew Marr is a man out of date!!!!

If he is so 'clear what he wants to do' Andrew,,, why doesn't he tell the rest of us.... still can't believe that in the space of a month this guy can waltz straight into the top job, with absolutely no scrutiny from anyone

He’s clueless. He hasn’t got the faintest idea what he believes.
@
Labour were thinking about for 14 years and didn't have a plan

Bouncy enthusiasm said Tigger. Bouncing is what Tiggers do best. With a fair wind, he might be capable of running the country too.
Time to pray methinks.
@
Then why did they change leaders?
@
if he get’s a bounce he might call an election to get his own manifesto

Nobody ever ticked a box to elect an individual as PM you for your local MP.
@
Out the frying pan into the fire.
@
Why is Ferrari confusing the American voting system with ours? We vote for parties not 'dear leaders'. It's embarrassing at his age.
@
Andrew Marr talked up Starmer and now Burnham . Experienced and clueless
@
A Sky journalist at the Liz Truss C-Pac event was asked of the thin crowd.."where's the crowd at it's densest" to which the journalist replied "Where ever Nick Ferrari is stood" 😆

I agree that things need to be made easier for workers but not at the expense at small businesses. Bigger business need to pay higher tax and regulate international transfer pricing to stop moving profits.
@
Why does LBC not come up in the main news feeds ?
@
Have y'all gone from the 'frying pan to the fire' 🤔

Asking that ignorant question AGAIN. The Labour party got voted in, and THEY choose their leader it is how the system is.
@
you mean like we had elections every time the tories swapped leader? 5 times in 13 years...
@
No Prime Minister has a mandate in the UK other than that of their constituant MP status. What many people confuse as a PM mandate is not it is the mandate of being the leader of the largest party in Parliament. If that leader changes the mandate of being the leader of the biggest party passes to the replacement leader. We do not have Presidential style elections in the UK and no MP stands on every ballot in every constituency even the eventual PM is only standing for one seat in Parliament.

Andrew Marr seems to be his biggest fan. He's as partial as anyone I've ever seen.

These people from the shrinking comfortable middle saying “a little bit off your energy bill” etc, are so completely tone deaf. The problems are deep and structural, requiring urgent fundamental reform not patronising BS about “putting a little bit of money in people’s pockets.”

Spot on, Theo. He's got the energy, but without a clear national mandate, he might run out of credits faster than he thinks.

Burnham stepping into Number 10 is a massive power move, but that mandate question is the real final boss here. Definitely feels like a high-stakes level change for the country. Do you think he’s actually got the credits to pull this off, or is he walking into a game over?
