One idea that really stood out to me was the concept of making the invisible visible. How much preventable harm across healthcare could be avoided if clinicians consistently had better information earlier?
The scale and scope of this problem is truly astounding. 2.5 million people get pressure injuries every year just in the US and 60,000 of those die from them. That's more than motor vehicle accidents in the US every year. Nearly all of them entirely preventable. We can do better and we can do it today.
