The goal was to create a more peaceful and united world with systems in place to ensure those who would defy these principles to plunge the world into chaos and warfare could be kept in line, and the ICC, with interpol has worked tirelessly to catch international criminals now for decades.
The PROBLEM is that almost immediately from the getgo, the powerful nations that were entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring these principles were upheld and law was carried out IMMEDIATELY began neutering the very systems they built in order to increase their own power.

1. Kidnapped the Venezuelan president. Didn't attack us or threaten to.
2. Blockaded Cuba, causing cities to black out, families to starve, and people on ventilators to die. Didn't attack us or threaten to.
3. Bombed Iran, killed an entire elementary school, attacked an unspeakable amount of civilians infustructure, and publicly threatened to genocide them multiple times. Didn't attack us or threaten us.
4. He threatens our NATO allies with violence to steal their land.
5. He attempted / succeeded in invading 9 U.S. cities.
6. He blocks FEMA support for blue states when they have natural disasters, causing U.S. families to perish needlessly.
7. His USAID cuts through DOGE will kill ~14million innocent people and ruined our soft power abilities.
8. He bombs fishermen, accusing them of trafficking drugs. Even though their boats can't reach the U.S, even though no drugs have ever been recovered from the wreckage, even though the punishment for drugs is not death.
9. His ICE goons are so violent and out of control, in 1 city alone, in 1 month alone, a judge stated ICE has broken the law more than any other agency has, country wide, in their entire lifetimes combin
Trump Admin is a corrupt crime spree. ICC will never fold. American can do nothing to dismantle it. Trump and his regime will pay for their corruption.
The ICC is not 'threatening any people' nor is the ICC 'waging a war' - it's all about rule of law, law enforcement, accountability and prosecuting nations and leaders outside norms of humanity.

2 - Die USA stehen weder außerhalb der Völkergemeinschaft noch alleine oberhalb, sie sind nur ein ganz normaler Teil Völkergemeinschaft, und also werden sich auch ihre Eliten so verantworten - und wenn nicht heute noch nicht, dann aber morgen.
