Marco Rubio’s State Department has unveiled plans to dismantle the International Criminal Court, a tribunal that prosecutes individuals for war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide.
They're only coming for Americans if they are committing crimes. No criminal activity: no reason to feel threatened. If you don't want to get on the ICC's radar, don't commit crimes, and, yes, that includes crimes under internaional law.
There was not just a press conference. It was an official statement on the webpages of the State Department.
As of being afraid: Bombing bridges in Iran without actually hitting troops is illegal. Civilians are not be kept from leaving conflict zones and as such laws and agreements are very clear about hitting infrastructure like bridges.
Ohhh, if only we in the USA DID belong to the ICC. We seriously need SOMEONE looking into our government. Apparently we're not able or willing to do it ourselves!
The trump administration has completely lost their minds, they think they can convince non evil countries to go along with their oppression and their fascism. Other countries are not with them and they think your nuts.
Completely deluded.

Trump Rubio and other goons are certainly peoples with guilty conscience, and afraid 1 day the ICC will come on knocking for shooting down boats in Atlantic and Pacific, killing more then 100 peoples.
Yeah, war criminals and justice don't mix too well.
