I got to visit Helsinki. BEAUTIFUL PLACE AND PEOPLE 🇫🇮 😊 🇫🇮

Oh you sweet Finland. I wasn’t born in Finland but spent 15 years there before moving to Western Europe.
Finland truly does so many things in the most beautiful ways! If ever Finland needs me; I will be back that I know.
There is no place like Finland.

Happiness must not a goal to be achieve, but mainly a personnal experience.

I was privileged to travel and life in different European countries, it’s very evidently seen people are very supportive, the preserved nature, the educational system which builds curiosity and helps children’s to pursue their choice.
In India, all these key factors are significantly missing!

I can testify that my baseline happiness level has incrementally improved over time, but the route I took may or may not be useful for others. I have done a lot of inner work for most of my life, simply trying to deal with various issues from my past and unhealthy feelings. I've seen real, sustainable improvement as a result......enough that I decided long ago that these efforts would supersede all others. It has really paid off.

Happiness is only real when shared...

Happiness and sadness are waves,Both high and low matter. What the wave carve out is something else-Satisfaction.Don't chase something that doesn't matter.

Small, wealthy country that is safe.... communities that trust each other and work together.
A place with access to nature, education, jobs, childcare, health care, law enforcement etc 😊

You can see it on people's faces now. Look at our celebrities. Sam Altman looks like he's shell shocked, having an existential crisis. You can see the same thing in Hollywood actors. Look at their faces in interviews. Compare it to twenty years ago. There is a deep trauma that has infected nearly everyone and can no longer be dismissed. Even the children look afraid. The same look you'd see on the face of a person who has fallen from a great height and suddenly realized their fate.

It's so important to make someone happy
Make just one, someone happy
Make just one heart to heart you, you sing to
One smile that cheers you
One face that lights when it nears you
One soul, your everything to
Fame, if you win it comes and goes in a minutes
where's the real stuff in life, to cling to?
Love is the answer
Someone to love is the answer
Once you've found them
Build your world around them
Make someone happy
Make just one, someone happy
And you will be happy too !

With so much suffering in the world, it’s hard to justify bringing new children into it. Opportunities are shrinking, jobs are disappearing every day, and even those of us already here are struggling just to feed ourselves. We should focus on fixing these problems and helping the people who are already here before adding more life to an already struggling world👣
@
living free from all modern obligation will make us and set us free.
@
Happiness is not a destination, but rather, a manner of travel.
@
People caring for people is the only sustainable source of happiness.
@
for me the most important thing is surrounding myself with nature
@
To be happy you have to not have devices/ bad food to not get influenced for making bad decisions
@
Addressing accelerating income and wealth inequality will bring a lot of happiness. We're in a new gilded age, getting out of this new gilded age will bring happiness
@
i think a country should be relatively small populationwise to be happy. a lower population allows the government to focus better on individual needs and public services
@
As a Finn, that declaration of being the happiest country is often laughed about here, people take it as a joke.
I really don't see what is meant by that. If basic human needs are met, surely we are satisfied in that sense. But despite the fact that basic human needs are met, what I'm seeing from people is self-important behavior, neurosis and alienation. Symptoms of living in a modern world and no inner understanding, that is. Education here is the same as anywhere else, they teach you what to think, and not how to think ..
