Sure, the Chinese used distillation, but as an american whose books were used to train Anthropic ie they stole my work, it seems like payback. AI is based on "distillation" ie AI is based on stealing all the work of humans to date.
you can't use distillation to become frontier model. it's like copying the top student 's paper and try to beat him in the exam. The Kimi's Architecture is completely different. Please bring in someone with true AI engineering background.

I agree with China. AI technology should be a public good not a monopoly. What are we doing? Technology should benefit the masses, not just those at the top.

Another day, another "breakthrough" from across the pond. All these fancy labels like Kimi K3, but does it actually do anything useful or is it just more corporate noise to make the accountants sweat?
