Everyone wants to be heard but so many voices are silenced and drowned out by louder more popular ones. How often do we ask what someone else thinks instead of going on about ourselves first?
This is sad, I wish this is how public radio was all over the country. We live in such a weird time where we are more connected than ever, but people feel more isolated and unheard than ever before. I'd much rather hear random people on public radio than random people on Nextdoor
The Roxy in Missoula screened this alongside a 35mm print of Lynch's The Straight Story. Saw it with my mom and fiancee, one of the most special screenings of my life and one of the most special shorts of my life. Marshall and co. did a wonderful job.
People have fewer places to share thoughtfully. Friends and family shrink away from some topics and it’s good to see this space where people can share whatever they are inspired to. Thank you!
