I've been watching Millie Bobby Brown and Louis Partridge for years, and I genuinely don't think Millie hates him, has anything against him, or is siding with Olivia Rodrigo. A lot of the clips people use are taken out of context. Most of the time, it's the interviewers who keep bringing these topics up in different ways, so of course she has to respond.
In one interview, when the interviewer brought up something related, she paused for a moment and gave a slight smile, probably because she remembered Louis had dated Olivia and wanted to make the situation less awkward. That's completely different from targeting or bullying him.
People keep saying Millie is personally picking on Louis, but if that were true, why would they still be so close? Millie seems genuinely close with only a small circle of people, and Louis is clearly one of them. If he were actually uncomfortable or offended, I doubt he'd keep doing interviews with her or constantly be laughing alongside her.
