Hasan Piker has become one of the most prominent leftist voices in the US, serving as an online guide for a Democratic Party trying to navigate the new internet. But his rapid rise has sparked a furio
19:28 This is the dumbest thing he said. Mamdani won, Adam Hamaway won, and Chris Rabb won. Nithya Raman advanced to the general election. You know who Third Way endorsed and who lost? Kamala Harris.
The argument cannot seriously be that everyone who he campaigns for has to get elected.
I don’t want to listen to anyone who thinks the party’s problem is that it isn’t center enough. All Dems have been doing in recent years is play to the center and it’s gotten us nowhere.
I don't think anyone has to listen to Jonathan Cowan if he can't even say Zohran Mamdani's name correctly. Guy likes to call other people racist but there's no way he's tripped up by the pronunciation; this is him being Islamophobic by trying to make the name sound "alien" and "weird" and "hard" to properly pronounce.
The Third Way guy must be making a LOT of money to go and embarrass himself like that. Nobody could watch both sides of this interview and take anything he said seriously. He couldn't even answer a single question directly, and just said, "well, here's another out of context Hasan quote."
This interview is just the 3rd way guy recycling all the arguments you've already heard if you were remotely in the loop on this discourse it seems.
Alright well good luck with that.
Third Way doesn’t fear Hasan losing elections; they fear him making Democratic voters realize that “realism” has mostly meant donors win, wars continue, consultants get paid, and everyone else lowers their expectations.
Every time anyone platforms Johnathon Cowan he completely ignores any of the questions and reads off a list of talking points. All you are doing is giving him a larger platform for him to reiterate the same 5 points over and over again, while he refuses to engage in a discussion at all.
Third Way has made it more profitable for Democratic leadership to ignore problems than to fix them. Their open goal seems to be to turn every win into a loss.
Is Third Way going to apologize for getting us into wars my entire time growing up
