It feels like we're sliding toward a larger conflict with very little room for diplomacy here. While maintaining open shipping lanes is critical for the global economy, does escalating the strikes actually secure the Strait, or does it just give Iran more justification to tighten their grip? I wonder if there's a breaking point where this strategy stops being a deterrent.
