Prince Harry Vs Daily Mail Case Should Never Have Made It To Court | Jim Armitage

“My suspicion is that the lawyers had had so much success in persuading newspaper groups to settle out of court that they just figured they'd kind of bluff and bluff and bluff and would end up making

Hope the mail takes the grifters to the cleaners.

That Baroness was shameless. After the Mail risked jail and spent so much time and money to put the perpetrators of her son's death in jail she stabbed them in the back for a greedy cash grab. Ingratitude and entitlement know no bounds! All these people make me sick.
@
The hell Harry and the others put the journalist through is shameful. They should get damages for that.

This whole thing was about silencing the press for those backing some of the claimants.
@
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle leak stories when it benefits them!!!!! Shameful
@
What a hypocrite, Harry uses the press when beneficial but sues the press when they print articles he doesn’t like. Certainly got his comeuppance.

I am more inclined to believe that the “leaks” likely originated from Harry himself when he was under the influence of drugs and alcohol - which was apparently often - and he simply does not remember.

Well done to Associated Newspapers to not giving in to bullying from Harry who didn’t want the truth to come out.

Harry was warned. Repeatedly. Even by the judge.
@
And the stupidly nonsensical response by H. The press made my wife’s life a misery. Why?, didn’t they take enough photos.

I say Bravo to the Mail !! They drew the line on these nonsense lawsuits in Hopes to ‘settle out of Court’ at the expense of the Newspaper. The Judge Ended that little game! Sherborne & Elton planted Harry, who was dying to get His ‘hurts’ into Court, as the Front person to draw the publicity and Baroness Lawerence as the sympathy card. A complete Failure all round!
@
Harry thought the Daily Mail would settle for 5 million. The newspaper said, hell no we’re taking this to trial because we will win it. Kudos to them!

Wouldn't it be funny if Harry ended up in the jail.

Sounds like the people who want to restrict freedom of the press need to be investigated themselves.

There really has to be an enquiry into entitled people like Harry who leak stories to the press, then take the same press to court in the hope of massive settlements. Well done, Daily Mail, for sticking by your journalists' reputations and not being coerced into a settlement. 👏👏👏
@
It was a shakedown, a cash grab. PH is a grifter and this is how he makes money. He gets the money up front and then has nothing to offer. He also lied in court under oath.
@
Harry’s initial filing of all those cases years ago was based on his belief that just because he was Prince Harry, that the other sides of these lawsuits would quickly offer humongous amounts just to settle the cases. Harry probably believed he would NEVER have to see the inside of a courtroom.
Again, playing the grifter role of minimal effort with maximum results.
That has always been Harry and Meghan’s mo.
@
So many lies and fraud and forged signatures. Somebody should be criminally prosecuted
@
It highlights Harry's stupidity so it was a good thing.

Even after the loss, Harry refused to accept and accused the High Court judge of whitewashing.
