11:22 if you look at the bridge to where those circles are in the metal you can see the angle gets steeper there. This is where you would expect it to bend if the gorge indeed got narrower, I think your theory makes sense Tom.
Tom. You could not find the plans because you didn't look in the basement of the planning department at the bottom of a locked cabinet in a disused lavatory with a a sign saying "Beware of the Leopard" in 18th century script.
This is like one of those episodes in a TV series that everyone calls "filler", but actually have a bunch of interesting bits of lore and/or informatio) if you're actually paying attention.
No plans, no prior examples, no on site records and previously unknown technology. Must have been aliens.
