In this exclusive conversation with NDTV, Pawan Kumar Chandana, CEO and Co-Founder of Skyroot Aerospace, reflects on the historic success of Vikram-1, India's first privately developed orbital launch
Many Congratulations . Five years of ISRO experience and six years in a startup—quite an achievement. Jokes apart, hope this isn't just a copy-paste exercise, and having former ISRO professionals on board certainly adds credibility. More importantly, it's good for India that the private sector is becoming more involved in the space industry. ISRO has often been slowed down by lengthy procurement processes and delayed decision-making. Earlier, Deputy Director or Director level officers had the authority to make decisions on small procurements, but today many of those decisions are centralized, leaving them with far less autonomy. Greater private sector participation can help improve speed, innovation, and execution. Congratulations once again and wishing many more successful launch .
Skyroot is going in single step is a 1percentage of successful in space activity ,futuring they will make own launch pad and launch complex and and test facility also this thing they want otherwise 75percentage successful for isro because they are using in all facilities .
