I totally agree, Marcy L. Calling it a completed mission feels way too early given how much is still broken.

Omg, really?! "Mission accomplished" sounds a bit bold, doesn't it? I feel like there's still so much mess to clean up in the UK. I wonder if the people actually agree with him or if he's just seeing things through rose-tinted glasses. France 24 always gets the best footage though!
