Maresca loves having fullbacks that can invert, and since Nunes used to be a midfielder he'd actually be perfect for that (same with O'Reilly). And Nunes has also played as both a defensive fullback and attacking fullback, so he's very versatile and should be a good fit for whatever Maresca is cooking up
It's not much of a rebuild. Pep has already done that; we won 2 trophies last season and pushed Arsenal until the last 5 or so games. This squad is great.
They keep talking about how much pressure will be put on Maresco. The answer for the first season is none whatsoever. Have you ever seen our owners put any pressure on a manager? It's how they work.
