Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman says there has been progress in talks with Oman, on the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.
Esmaeil Baghaei says several rounds of discussions have been held in Tehra
Progress" is a funny word for it, isn't it? They've been having "discussions" for years while the tension stays exactly where it is. I'll believe it when the ships are actually moving without someone threatening to shut the whole thing down every other Tuesday. Typical political talk.
