A relative of mine was caught up with this DEI nonsense. He voiced his opinion that DEI contributes to more racism inside and outside of the workplace. 3 days later he was in a meeting with HR regarding it, they suspended him. The next meeting he had he took a solicitor with him, who happened to be black and his wife. He was reinstated and awarded £20k. Oh how I wish I was a fly on the wall. He had to sign a NDA regarding it.
Does anybody really believe that telling people to treat minorities different does any good it creates anger an hatred because of uneven consequences it's an absolute disgrace
