TBH I never thought of recovery as attempting to reverse a tx or anything malicious or generally not possible. Recovery is more like technical procedures.
Recovery phrase.
Recovery seed. Etc.
In the case of individual theft though no there is no recovery most of the time.๐Ÿ˜‘
