Norway's soccer team received a heroes' welcome after their World Cup run ended in a 2-1 quarter-final defeat to England, as fans packed the Royal Palace square for a final ‘Viking row’.
This is cool. Glad to see Norway is not as "winner take all" as some other countries--that have been known to actually MURDER soccer players that have made mistakes that cost the national team the game in past World Cups. I'm not into soccer at all--or ANY professional sports--but there's nothing wrong with celebrating the performance(s) of your home team--win or lose.
