Interesting video, but as a cycling fan, the statement at 5:52 about elite level cyclist having a VO2-max of 60-70 is wrong. That is way too low. Active professional cyclists keep the VO2-max a secret, but Greg LeMond's was estimated at about 93 and Chris Froome's at 88. For the world's current best rider Tadej Pogačar experts also estimate a mid-nineties value. Of course, we're talking about one of the top 3 riders and maybe the greatest of all time.
