The driving doctrine of the Islamic Republic is based on Islamic ideological vision, reason Iran operates a revolutionary theocracy. It took them 40 years to prepare for this, so break their will to comply and conform to realities. They only negotiate at the point of weakness.
Not even by the 9th day, nor even by the 100th day of an assault, would Iran be defeated. Moreover, the economy of the United States would inevitably enter a phase of bankruptcy.
