Sky News Lifestyle Reporter Chloe Walker weighs in on reports that Keith Urban is skipping his daughter's 18th birthday party to avoid ex-wife Nicole Kidman.
Keith Urban is a man-CHILD. Keith knows his daughters are aware he cheated on Nicole. If Keith felt he could no longer function in the marriage, no one could fault him for wanting a divorce. But MANY of us have an issue with the manner in which he ended his marriage. Keith's behavior & choices were the height of disrespect to Nicole. MANY of his fans, are so quick to criticize Nicole for everything. But the fact is, Nicole showed up for Keith BIG TIME over their 20 years together. When they married, Nicole agreed to make Nashville their home base, to support Keith's music career. Nicole stood by Keith during his Oct 2006 Amanda Wyatt affair scandal. Keith & Wyatt ended up on a tabloid cover. Finding out your NEW husband was involved in a 2-years-long affair, that lasted the ENTIRE time of your courtship, and only ended one month before your wedding must've been a MASSIVE shock for Nicole! When Keith went to rehab two weeks later, Nicole AGAIN showed up for Keith. In Dec 2006, after she was tagged a home-wrecker, Wyatt gave SEVERAL detailed interviews (still online) As proof, she offered up Keith's security gate code, the layout of his home & bedroom, and pool table. Keith denied th
I totally agree with your comment. Many men in acting, sport and musical world are displaying little or no moral values. Keith is a prime example as is Hugh Jackman. They take from their wives and betray and walk away. Their vows mean nothing to them. He must remember by walking away from Nicole he also walked away from his children. It will never be the same for them. He being a narcissist will not care but those girls will now be closer to the parent that was there for them. He may regret losing the respect of his children but most likely he will have a new younger lover and children with them. Nicole and girls will be fine without them. If I was Sunday or Faith I’d drop the Urban name as he is not a man worthy of being their father. He lost that right.
