“This Week” co-anchor Jonathan Karl sits down with HBO's “Real Time” host Bill Maher to discuss receiving the prestigious comedy award and his thoughts on the current political climate.
Bill is so very deserving of this award....He makes us laugh and then makes us think and leaves us with so much insight about politics, culture and life in general 😍
He's right about The Academy not taking comedy seriously. "The Nutty Professor" was incredible. Eddie Murphys work, playing the whole "Klump Family" was cinematic genius.
What Bill Maher does best is piss off Conservatives and Liberals by using their BS against them. Comedians have always done a good job of making people laugh by presenting the truth.
Did Bill take an edible before this interview? Or is he drunk? Haven’t heard him speak like this before and for my sins I listen to Club Random weekly.
Bill's great but the interviewer is so good at deflecting the comments by Bill that has anything to do with accountability with the Democratic party. That guy has no problem bashing conservatives but as soon as it turns into something bad about liberals, changes subject. Hahaha.
I just love Bill Maher and Congratulations to him I believe 1000% believe he deserves it. Thank you so much for having him on I am a big fan. He is so rational in his thinking I wish all democrats could think like him.
A Clinton era Democrat is basically a Republican now. Love Maher’s commentary.
