Greed of few people in America has built China and India. Chinese still hire on merit, but when it comes to Telugu and Tamil Indians they only hire from their ethnicity. Even last, American are asked to leave from the jobs. Yes, non-stop propoganda is: Americans cannot do jobs, so genuis Indians are needed. Telugus and Tamils openly say we will hire based on our comfort level, which means from our own ethnicity.
At least raise the cost of H4EAD to 25K for every three years, raise fees for H1B, and L1 visas to 10K per year and pay that money to Americans.

Currently, most of the employees are H1B candidates who are unfit for corporate America but carry huge debt. These H1B candidates engage in all sorts of manipulations to kick out US citizens, and they only conduct interviews, which has made American corporations vulnerable to even more catastrophic impacts by continuing to reject real talent and hiring more and more H1Bs.
Indian origin CEOs seem to be obsessed about finances.... not a consideration about how it is effecting people or perception of the society...these are living inside their bubble...and doing more damage to Indians than anyone else; hardly anyone is known for 'giving'...
