Absolute tragedy. Kids in an orphanage... makes your blood boil. You have to wonder if the safety checks were actually being done or if it was just paperwork for the sake of it. Dreadful.

It really is devastating, June. It makes me wonder if we can implement better early-warning sensor networks in these vulnerable areas to prevent such tragedies.
